Anthony's amazing drive from the back of the pack at NJMP earned him the recognition by the officials. He will receive the award at the next event at Trois Rivieres.

A great first run in the Grand-Am ST series race at New Jersey Motorsports Park driving a VW GTI Turbo for the APR ST team in the Garden State 250.
Finishing 6th in class and 20th overall after starting last from the pit lane in 52nd position!!!
Due to an unfortunate crash event in qualifying, Francesco started from the pit lane and raced to a safe position before handing the car over to Anthony.
Not only did Anthony charge through the pack of 32 cars, he was working all the way till the end of the race and he did it with a failed cool shirt system! He was roasting in the 135 degree cockpit and the drink bottle hose was disconnected so he could only drink during the one pit stop throughout the 155 minute stint. Can you say "IRONMAN"?... |

June 12, 2010 Montreal, Canada Ferrari Challege Race #7
With five cars entered in the race TeamASF had a job to do. During the practice sessions, four out of the top six places were ours. However, the rain came and washed out our qualifying session causing the officials to ctart the grid according to points. This was good for Enzo and Francesco but not for Mike, Carlos and Ari. The weather was great for the race and the results ended up with Enzo P1, Francesco P3, Mike P6, Carlos P12 and Ari P17.

Ferrari Challenge Races 5 & 6 ended with two podium finishes for team ASF. On Saturday, Enzo Potolicchio takes the win and Francesco Piovanetti brings home a Fourth. On Sunday, Francesco charges to a Third place and a late race spin takes Enzo out of Second and he claws back to Sixth. After Six races, Enzo is Second in the Points Championship and Francesco is in Fourth.... |

Ferrari Challenge at Miller Motorsports Park.
After being knocked off the road in turn one early in race 1, Enzo raced back to a third place finish. In race 2, Francesco fought every lap up front with the leaders to finished third. His first podium finish in the Ferrari Challenge! Enzo still remains in the points lead after four races into the 2010 season.... |
